1.2 The Green Movement Co provides Exercise Physiology and allied health services under NDIS and private funding arrangements.
1.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
2. Use of Website
2.1 The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
2.2 You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use our content without permission.

3. Services & Appointments
3.1 The Green Movement Co offers Exercise Physiology and related services under both private and NDIS funding.
3.2 All clients must complete an initial consultation before commencing treatment.
3.3 NDIS participants must have a valid Service Agreement in place before services commence.
3.4 The frequency and duration of sessions will be determined based on individual needs and funding eligibility.
4. Payments & Fees
4.1 Private clients must pay for services at the time of appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 NDIS-funded services will be claimed in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Limits.
4.3 Any additional services outside of agreed funding must be paid for privately.
4.4 The Green Movement Co reserves the right to adjust service fees in line with NDIS price guide updates.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
5.2 NDIS-funded cancellations: If a participant cancels within the required timeframe, The Green Movement Co reserves the right to claim the session fee as per the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation policy.
5.3 Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1 The Green Movement Co provides evidence-based Exercise Physiology and allied health services but does not guarantee specific health outcomes.
6.2 Clients participate in services at their own risk and must disclose any relevant medical conditions before commencing sessions.
6.3 The Green Movement Co is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from client participation in services, except where required by law.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
7.1 We collect and store personal information in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
7.2 Client information will only be shared with authorised parties, such as referrers, medical professionals, or NDIS plan managers, as required for service delivery.

8. Termination of Services
8.1 The Green Movement Co reserves the right to terminate services if a client:
Repeatedly cancels or fails to attend scheduled sessions.
Engages in inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour towards staff or other clients.
Fails to adhere to payment and service agreements.
8.2 Clients may request to end services at any time, with written notice.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9.2 Any disputes arising under these terms will first be addressed through informal resolution; if unresolved, they will be referred to mediation in NSW.
